Thanks to community support I found the issue. One of the 4 pins in the charging cable is fully inserted. I can't get it out with tweezer or even a strong magnet.
The WORST DESIGN EVER!!!!
I try to contact customer support to get a replacement but no luck.

I should have returned it within 30 days to Kohl's instead of waiting and trying to get help from Fitbit. Charging has been an issue since I got this thing.
No idea why engineers would design such a crappy charging cable. Not only that the tiny holes get dirty after wearing just a few hours when working out but those tiny pins retract. Shame on Fitbit. Keeping an eye on recall announcement. So many complaints about same issue.

Finally I actually got a chat support. I told him about the issue and supposedly they send out a new charger. At the same time while chatting I checked Amazon and they have a 2 pack of chargers for $9 with free shipping arriving tomorrow. I ordered them as well. 7872 ratings with 4.5 average - The design is simply so bad and flawed that I don't think the new chargers will last long.
Next fitness tracker I check the design. Bought this one unseen from Kohl's with Kohl's cash.
