New today, Sense. Tried to initiate it with my Note 10+ but was told to update FitBit app. My FitBit app is the latest version. I researched it and discovered that Sense is not compatible with the Note 10+, at this time. Who would have thought. So I was told to use Connect on my laptop. It connected and I thought the problem was solved. But now the Sense watch will not stop displaying "To start download the FitBit app". The app says we are connected but the watch is still displaying that initial screen. Before I walk this thing back to the store, does anyone have any suggestions?

@MPVB Welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here!
Let me help you with your Sense showing the setup message. You should be able to use your phone to set it up. Also since the message still shows on the device I suggest you remove it from your account and set it up again. Before setting it up clear the link between your phone and your Sense by doing the following:
Let me know how it goes.

Thank you for your response however I did not have the patience to wait. I had already followed all the trouble shouting steps. I spent the entire day on this, also searching the internet for solutions. All I found was that Sense was riddled with problems. I went back and exchanged it for the Versa 3 which I had up and running in less than ten minutes. It's too bad because on paper Sense was an exciting idea. Have a good day.
