New Sense will not connect/sync after update

-Latest Fitbit app

-Samsung Note 10+

-Android 11

New Sense loses connection and ability to sync after firmware update during initial setup.

I have attempted all suggested remedies here and on the faq pages from the simple bluetooth re-pairing to app reinstall and factory reset on device.

Any other ideas?

Thanks

Probably best to contact Fitbit Support directly. They may be able to help you.

Your phone is not on the compatible phone list

So there could be issues following the update where it was working before to discuss with them

@Nckeg it doesn't loose connection. If it did, your Fitbit app will ask for your permission to connect.

Try these sync tips, especially clearing the Fitbit apps cache.

Thanks for pointing me to the compatible device list! After your response I did converse with online support and they agreed that may be the issue.

As it stands my Sense will not work with my Note 10+ however it does function properly with my old S7 edge. So I'll have to use it for the time being and hopefully one day it might work with my Note.

Please note that our team continues working hard to add more devices based on our members feedback, so I recommend checking back soon to see if your Note 10+ has been added to the list
