Hey,
I ordered a Sense prior to Christmas, and two new bands with it. The grey/mint and frost white/lunar.
But the frost white/lunar has come without a fastner on it????!!! But the grey was has.
Can fitbit send a new fastner for this band to me? As it didn't arrive with it and for the price you pay for a real band, not a knock off, I would expect all items to be with it!
I've got a picture to show it and my order number
