New fitbit sense - notification doesn’t work

I just got a new fitbit sense. I had the blaze just before. Everuthing seems alright but i don’t receive notifications anymore.

 

i have a iphone. Its up to date. I restart the watch and iphone. Activate notification in the setting. Its activate in the bluetooth. The different alarm setting are all off...

 

i looked at the troobleshooting tips for iphone...  what can i do. It was working very well an hour ago with the blaze

I'm having this problem too. With me the notifications are on the watch, but I have to pull down from the top of the screen to see if there's any there. They don't notify me at the time with a haptic buzz or whatever they're supposed to do.

Have you tried these tips @Veroreg 

Are sleep mode and DVD disabled?

Everything is ok now. Just did the installation a seccond time and it works. Thank you 🙂

@Rich_Laue I have a Pixel 4XL. When I mentioned having to pull down from the top of the screen, I was talking about the Fitbit Sense by the way, not the phone.
