My wife bought me a new Sense watch - the newest one out, because I am alwasys tired and she thought I did not get good sleep.
Well, this watch is defective. Dont upgrade or buy one. I have had many fitbit products but I want to warn everyone- this watch is simply not what is advertised. After 3 months, numerous calls, texts, tweats to support - i never got the health metrics to work. The last support rep told me that they are aware of the fact that many of the watches simply dont work and they are working on it. He said he will email me when a solution is found. I requested an exchange or return. He denied saying his boss wont let me authorize any exchanges or refurns. They are not selling what is advertised. Bottom line: warning - dont buy a sense watch. And if tour having problems - its likely the watch - not you. If support is now listening to me - i am still seeking a resolution.

I don't understand. The warranty you link to in your response states: Fitbit warrants to the original purchaser that your Fitbit-branded device and accessories that are new (the "New Product(s)") shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. It my sense watch is not working - I have never measured a health metric - no temp, no breathing rate, no heart rate variability, no oxygen saturation , etc How can this be the normal? Is it not defective??? I have been requesting a return for exchange or better yet, a return with refund. MY next step is to go to best buy and simply return it. Is that what you want me to do??

It is 1/19/22 and I got one for Christmas. No health metrics except for RHR. Not happy.

Strange. I've been using the Sense since December 30th and I got trends within the first week. Can you share a screenshot like this?
So are you saying of the 5 categories, you only have resting heart rate appearing?
