Hi @SuePerrett - the new Fitbit App has problems syncing which a phone and watch restart often helps, but as some data is calculated it may take time to arrive, even after a sync. Try a sync later.

I had the same problem this morning. I tried to sync the app and show data. All I got was a quick progress line at the top. I ended up turning off my phone and then turned it back on. The app told me Bluetooth not connected. I checked the devices and sense was not connected. I connected and synced the app. It worked.
