No choices available to receive notifications on iOS

I just transferred from android to iPhone. All worked on my other phone, but now I have no apps available to get notifications on my phone app. I have tried all the workarounds on the forum with no luck.

Hello @Swansonprincess

First check to make sure you don’t have the Do Not Disturb mode on or the Sleep Mode on. You will not get notifications if they are. If that’s not the issue then I’d look here to see all the step-by-step instructions on how to set up notifications: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1979.htm

😃 Let me know if this resolved things

Additionally to what MegaBite suggested, verify that the iPhone has Fitbit app set to allow notifications.  Settings-> Notifications->Fitbit-> Allow Notifications
