Because my [sleep] data stopped transferring to the top half of the screen, I thought my Charge 2 might be lagging behind. So, I bought a Sense a couple of days ago, an the same issue exists. The weekday initials are all there, and today's "F" for Friday is highlighted, but no sleep score up there.
Surely, this must be a setting on my phone to bring back the graph and the sleep score.

Hi, correctly this would seem to be a glitch in the Fitbit App.
You can try
In Android phone Settings * Apps Fitbit Storage - clear cache [not data] Force Fitbit Stop [though it doesn't seem to fully] Log back in to the Fitbit app
*Quick Shortcut: Press and hold the Fitbit launch icon, then App info [on some phones] |
or
Or for IOS uninstall/reinstall the Fitbit App, and redo all notification, App notifications and any special setups. |
On the off chance could you be using a very large font so that not all data fits on the phone screen?

Thank you for your replies. I have been working with support on this issue (twice) but no resolution yet. Time doesn't allow me to keep working on this at present.

Somewhat discouraged with support's inability to understand and correct my most recent glitch with my Charge 3 app's sudden failure to post all my sleep data - which then continued to misbehave in the same manner with my new Fitbit Sense. I returned my Sense for a complete refund. Now looking at a different brand of smart watches.
