I have had my Fitbit sense for only 6 months and for the past two months my heart rate variability and readiness scores have not provided any data (after they both worked perfectly well before that). I have a Fitbit premium membership and should be receiving this data. I have called fitbit support 6+ times and tried every trouble shooting/ waiting periods after each trouble shoot that has been suggested for both the app and the device and it is still not fixed. I have reached a dead end and Fitbit is not giving me any additional options for solution. I don’t know what to do!! Help!

Is your sleep sensitivity set to normal? You fine the setting if you in the Fitbit App tap your profile picture you land on a settings page - chose App settings, and you find sleep sensitivity at the bottom of the page.
