I'm trying to pick new watch faces on the app for my new Fitbit Sense, however whenever I try to click on it it then tells me there is no Internet connection even though there is. Its as up to date as possible, I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app, restarted my phone and WiFi and still nothing. I just want to see new watch faces through the app.
What can I do to fix this?

Did you restart the sense and sync?
