I placed an order for fitbit sense using net banking, the amount has been debited from my account but I haven't received a single email or confirmation or receipt. Customer Support was unreachable. This is really bad customer experience, can someone please help with this issue?
I am from India and bought using this website: https://store-in.fitbit.com/products/sense

@LiliyaFitbit All the response from the support team were of no help. The teams seem to be clueless and redirecting from one person to another. I haven't received any resolution for the issue. It's been 2 days and not even a single confirmation of the order. Don't even know if the order will arrive or was it a scam.
