No reset password mail

Hi,

I changed my email to GG account and forget my password, sent reset password about an hour ago.But did not get reset mail,I checked in Inbox and Spam folder. Please help

Let me help you reset your password so you can regain access to your Fitbit account.

If you have just migrated your Fitbit account to your google account, you need to access to your google services in order to access your Fitbit account. If you forgot your google password, you can learn how to change or reset your Google Account password, see the Google Accounts help article.

Thanks, I contact help center to reset. Just knew that I have to use GG password to login after transfered from other email address
