No resting heart rate or sleep score-Sense

Got the Sense on 17th May and have had nothing but issues with it - doesn't provide a sleep score, or sleep stages and it's temporamental with the resting heart rate. I have done everything that has been suggested, customer support have been absolutely useless in their responses - telling me to turn the heart rate off and back on - you cannot do this with the Sense, it's automatically on and telling me to sleep longer at night, when I sleep 7-8 hours every night. I have done a factory reset twice, to no avail, I have adjusted the tightness of the band, worn it 2/3 fingers higher than my wrist, gone into every setting possible - and still no luck. My old fitbit tracked everything perfectly but the Sense does not and they do not want to admit the watch is faulty.
