No skin temperature and calls not working

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I've slept with the sense on for 4 nights but I have no baseline temperature or any temperature showing. When someone calls my phone (Samsung Galaxy S9) I can swipe to answer on the watch but then all sound etc is in my phone and I have to use that to talk.

As if by magic my skin temperature is now working.

Any help with answering calls through my watch please?

The feature to take calls on the Sense using its speaker and microphone linked by bluetooth to your phone is not available yet. The press release says "Bluetooth calling and volume control coming soon". I've not seen anything from Fitbit that gives any clue as to what they mean by "soon"

Urrggghh like the ECG. Thanks for the reply.

The skin temp takes 3 days to establish the baseline before it starts showing up. The calls will take a software update from fitbit (I suspect that is coming in the october push that will enable the ECG).

Is skin temp one of those things you need the SPO2 watchface running to record? I know blood oxygen is one of them, don't know about skin temp.

No, you don't need the SPO2 clock face to have it running....it should record your skin temp after wearing it for at least 3 days, I. have been  wearing it. since the 26th Sept till now and still no skin temp.

Everyone -

  1. The phone calls will be available before the end of the year (read via an official source, lost the link)
  2. The ECG app will be available sometime in October
