No sleep stages last night

I've had my Sense for a couple years, and I have never had problems with it, until the last week or so.

The Firmware Version shows 44.128.6.17.

A couple of days ago, I had to Force Stop the app, shut down the Sense, and restart my phone and my Sense because they were not synching.   They seem to be synching okay now, but my Sense is not always connected to my phone anymore.  It randomly disconnects, which it never did before.

I have a Google Pixel 3.

I always wear my Sense to bed.  I charge it in the morning while showering, so the battery is always charged and rarely runs low.  Last night though, it recorded sleep times, but no sleep stages.  I have NEVER had this issue before.

Is there something going on with my Fitbit Sense?  Why all of the sudden am I having struggles that I have never had before?

The last two days my Sense hasn't recorded my Health Metrics (Sleep Stages, Heart Variability, Oxygenation, Skin Temperature, and Breaths per Minute) - if I recall them correctly. The category Health Metrics doesn't even appear on my Fitbit App anymore. I hope this is temporary.

I’ve had this same problem for 2 days now. Does anyone know whether Fitbit has said what the problem is?

I have been having the same problem for the past 2 days. I tried to contact customer support but they were not available.

I just tried the three movements as you tried, but see no change. It keeps saying it has synced, but the last tow days data never shows up. Very disappointing. I've even lost the "Premium" version. Other than this forum, Fitbit management seems to be hiding.

Me too; no sleep records or health metrics either.  My battery is always charged but notice lately it lasts less and less. Customer service said they were aware but nothing has changed…frustrated!  They’re not cheap watches after all…

Said they were aware and were working on it.  Mines been acting funny for about a week.  Won’t ding all the time, no sleep score or metrics either.  If it was a $25 watch I’d understand but theses aren’t cheap.  I’ve also had mine replaced twice.  Not sure about what to do next…

I’ve also had no sleep data, no skin temperature and no readiness score for the last two days (since Feb 6, 2023) in both the app and on the device.

I charge my sense in the morning too so it has plenty of battery at night.

Having the same issues with no sleep track, temp, readiness score, etc. Did all the restarts several times with no luck. Finally started looking at the boards….IOS board has several posts that it’s a Fitbit issue they are working on. Not understanding why no communication was sent out to users?
