Not Compatible

My wife bought me a FitBit Sense for Christmas. I set up the Sense and it works great..except I cannot read my messages on the Sense. Is there a time frame as to when this is going to be fixed? If not, I will have to return it and get something else that is compatible with my phone.

@RobinKT what phone model and OS do you have? Do you receive notifications but simply can't read the message body or are there no notifications at all? Which notifications work? Call, text messages, WhatsApp, Facebook etc?

I have a Samsung Note 20 Ultra 5G. I can get phone calls, but not text messages. I see the notification, but when I try to open the message, it tells me all notifications cleared but I never see the mesaage.

@RobinKT with Samsung you need to enable preview of the messages in your phone settings. Otherwise you will see only notification no body.
