@mkworth just to double check - your sense is not in dnd or sleep mode ? Swipe right on the main screen of the watch to open quick settings screen. Make sure two top icons from the left are grayed out.

Also experiencing this. I ran all the checks shown below and listed at various websites plus followed directions of user manual. The point of it being on my wrist is to get those reminders to get up and move and to know you have achieved a goal. If I am going to have to look at the app, each time to know my progress, I may as well just use the health app that comes on my phone. I am also sad to see that MKWORTH posted that nearly 3 months ago and there isn't a response from @Fitbit Support to guide us on correcting the problem. Thanks.
