Not able to see ECG result

I recently switched from Versa to Sense.. the first thing i tried was ECG scan.

It says i can view/export data in pdf under Assessments & Report section, tried several times and never saw it.

 

Please suggest, what I am doing wrong.

I just figured, that if you have upgraded your smart watch from older version, there are possibilities that EGG wont export pdf.

So, basically reinstalling the FitBit app does the trick and it did in my case too.

 

Please consider this as resolved.
