Not able to verify adding credit card to watch

I've come to the point where I've added my credit card and have to verify my identity. Clicking on the link provides me with two options. Use the banking app or call your bank. When choosing the app play store opens to install the banking app. Since the app is already on the phone I choose open app. There is no link or anything found in the app to verify my identity. After contacting the bank they were unable to assist me. So now I have no longer the possibility to use my Sense to pay. I'm not able to add the Visa card to Google pay and the cards that can be added are not supported by the watch. The bank is RABO in the Netherlands. Worked flawless with Fitbit Pay.
