I set up the device lock to `Enabled (Recommended)`. It explicitly says "Enter PIN if you take off the device or every 24 hours"
When I take it off, it turns off (and I see the green lights on the back are off). If I then tap the screen, everything is still accessible without a PIN.
Why isn't this working??

@Psalm1 There are two ways to turn on the Device Lock on your Watch: with Fitbit Pay or without Fitbit Pay. If you followed these instructions without luck, please try to set up Fitbit Pay by following the steps in this article in the menu "How do I set up Fitbit Pay?" (You can then remove or suspend the card from Fitbit Pay).

I have followed instructions highlighted in the link with my original fitbit sense, and the replacement fitbit sense and it still does not request pin # when I put the watch on my wrist. Thank you

I have an android phone. The fitbit sense is connected to my Wi-Fi. I am not sure how I can check if I have ad blocking on my phone, I have to see how I can find out
