Not getting email notifications on sense

I cannot get email notifications on my sense from my iPhone 11 Pro. There is no option for email under app notifications. All notifications are turned on my phone for emails. I’ve tried delete of the app and reinstalling and rebooting my Fitbit. Done a number of troubleshooting but still no luck. Any ideas?

thank you for taking the time to post. Under notifications, App notifications, there is no option for Mail, Microsoft outlook etc the way it shows up on yours. Feel like it might be an issue with the iPhone 11 Pro perhaps as I didn’t seem to have this issue with my old iPhone. Thanks again for the time

Are you getting all other notifications like text etc?can you show us what you have under app notifications?  This is mine.  I do see where it states at the bottom that “apps will be added to the list after they send notifications to your phone.”
