Hi, unfortunately the watch does not play a sound alert, it only vibrates on incoming alerts.

 

If the notifications are not coming at all to the watch make sure it is connected well to the phone.

 

You can use the SimpleCheckUp app from the gallery to see on the watch last sync and if it is connecting well.

 

This assumes you already correctly set up the Notifications and App notifications and on wrist calls in the Fitbit App. If not click profile photo, then device photo and verify they are set correctly and that the phone issues notifications for the things you want to receive.
