Not getting reminders/prompts for 250 steps per hour on new Sense

I am not getting any notifications at 50 minutes for 250 steps per hour like I used to get with the Ionic. My settings are enabled in my app with "Reminders to Move" on and the hours I have set. Anyone figure out how to do this?

@DrJWo - I’ve set it up successfully on my Sense. It sounds like you did everything right. Please try resetting your Sense and see if that helps. Resetting is a little tricky - Press and hold the button. The short cut assigned to that long press will show up at first. Keep that button pressed until you see the Fitbit logo. At that point, it will reset. Please let us know if that helps.

Are you getting in your 250 hourly steps? I only get a notification when I haven't completed the hourly requirement. If your getting the steps in the Sense won't send a notification.

I did reboot it and am now seeing it under my "Today" screen, but I don't think I got a notification in the 4 p.m. hour after I posted. I was outside in the 5 p.m. hour cleaning the cat boxes LOL, so I made 250. I'll keep checking tomorrow. I cut my notification off at 6 p.m. I'll check again tomorrow. I also restarted my phone.

That was part of it--Do Not Disturb!   Thanks. I also downloaded the manual and read through it to get the settings the way I want it--set sleep times, notifications, vibration loudness.  Now it seems to be working. I can even see the countdown to 250 in the "today" screen to see what I needed to do. I like this feature and it is an upgrade from the Ionic.
