Had my sense a couple of days now and I haven't received any  notifications at all. My phone is a Hewawei p20 pro. Worked fine on my charge 3.

Worth a try. On your phone go into settings and search for notification access. Check that Fitbit is ticked in there.

I'm having the same issue though it did work for me when I first got it. I've restarted everything, reset it all and still nothing. So frustrating.
