Not receiving calls

Hi all

on my sense i can receive calls it lights up red but i cant answer them, green button doesn't light up .. i can receive emails and texts though .. please can anyone help me ...

Visit the device setup and ensure on-wrist calls is properly setup.

In the phone Fitbit App

Click on profile photo [top left]

Device photo [middle left]

on-wrist calls

If thats not working try restarting your watch.

Hi thanks so much for your help but ive done that and still wont connect it just says what the picture says amd ive done it ... its so frustrating.. Sent from my Samsung Galaxy smartphone.

Weird indeed - Probably best to contact Fitbit Support directly. They may be able to help you.
