Not receiving notifications

I have a new Fitbit Sense, which I was able to pair with my Sony Xperia 10 III with Android 11. However, I don't receive notifications even if the watch is within 2 feet of the phone.

I was able to connect to Sense Controls, but when connected, I don't receive calls on the watch.

I've tried removing Sense Controls, and just connecting to Sense, but I still don't receive any notifications.

I can't find a complete list of compatible phones. There's link which just lists some Huawei phones that may not be compatible. Does anyone know if my phone is actually compatible?

If I can't resolve this, I'll have to return the watch.

Thanks for responding. My Sense was already set up with my phone.

I went through a check with all the points in the article you sent, and everything was fine until we got to section number 4. I realized that when I set it up, I never saw this section about choosing apps that could send notifications. I went through all steps, and it seems to be resolved!

Thank you so much! I don't understand, though, how this step was skipped when I initially set up the phone.

Hi @Bvlenci These days they don't keep a list of compatible phones, just the list you saw of ones that won't work. As far as your notification issues go, try THIS Help Article on troubleshooting them. I do hope you can sort it out
