My Fitbit sense is no longer tracking my heartbeat or any activity when exercising. Only recording steps. I have cleaned sensors, turned off and on and reset to factory all to no avail. My sense is only 18months old

Hello @Tbannigan what type of activity and do you manually start the exercise mode, or let fitbit decide what you are doing?

Hi I select the activity from the app on watch but although it records the time and steps in my exercise it is not logging heart rate, activity zones etc. I no longer have bpm being recorded at all.

I have the same issue. Apparently the new Android (13) update is causing issues. Fitbit Sense can't sync with device. It's been more than a week and Fitbit doesn't seem to be addressing it.
