Not understanding the point of the ECG feature

Can someone help me out. I was perfectly fine with my verse 2. I asked for the Sense for Christmas for the sole purpose if the ECG feature as my heart goes into a tachycardia state from time to time. I got excited when my heart started it's rapid beating and finally, I thought, I can record and send the data off to my Dr. As I start the 30 second test it says it cannot read the test because my heart is over 120 and just says in accurate. I am having a hard time understand the point of this feature if it cannot read my heart rate over 120. Most people who are in a fib or tachycardia state have a heart racing well into the 150’s like mine. Am I doing something wrong or does this literally not record over 120 bpm. Which in that case, I should sell this and buy a apple patch to record the data I need.

Worth a shot to check in results to see if it might have actually recorded the ECG but just couldn't interpret it.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

@Shanionie. I'm thinking the same as@JohnnyRow

Do you get any reports?

You can use the share button to email the ECG graph to your doctor.

@Shanionie   The purpose of the ECG app isn't designed to interpret "tachycardia", but to look for A fib.  It cannot diagnose or interpret something like W-P-W or other forms of tachycardia.  You aren't getting the "point" of the feature, because it isn't designed for your circumstance.

Yes, thank you, I did check. I didn't bother to check before because when it would say inconclusive I figured it meant it wasn't reading it. It did and I sent them off. Thank you for the suggestion!!

Yes, I would agree. As a user above mentioned, check the data anyway. I figured because it kept saying inconclusive it meant it was not even recording the racing but it was. Thank you for the input!
