I’m so disappointed with my sense, there’s always something.
The apps constantly need re-syncing to my phone, the lift to wake doesn’t work since a few updates ago, now it’s not tracking my steps properly. I went to work today with people that also wear other trackers, they all have 10000 step + my sense says I did 1900!
When will there be a decent update for all these problems. The watch is nearly the price of an apple watch. It’s so disappointing and if I hear the answer - restart the watch one more time. I shouldn’t have to for this much money.
Fitbit as an app is my favourite but this watch is awful!
When is anything going to be done!

I agree. Worst mistake was getting a sense. All of my other trackers in the past have been reliable. This is a poorly implemented piece of rubbish and I’m so close to just moving on to another vendor!
The sync has stopped working completely and I’ve tried every suggestion. It’s just beyond ridiculous now. They need to Fix this with an update or start losing customers and getting dreadful reviews on the various platforms

I totally agree.
Last night I did another factory reset, this is probably my 6th factory reset since getting the watch and still with no luck. Steps still aren’t tracking properly. I can’t remember the last time it gave me a celebration at 10,000 steps and the fact the screen doesn’t wake without pressing the button drives me crazy. It’s easier to get my phone out of my pocket to look at the time!
I’m certain there’s nothing wrong with the watch itself, it was working perfectly fine up until the last update.
But to be honest the sense doesn’t even seem to track my exercise properly. I wore an old tracker for exercise a few days ago and my stats were as I remember them before I got this watch.
I brought the sense for features to monitor stress but the sense itself causes me so much stress!
