I cannot get notified on my FB Sense from new S23 plus. I've deleted data I've deleted app. I've paired with Bluetooth I see the Sense in BT list but says I need to use with App ( I already have the Fitbit app) I've unpaired and paired again and again. Removed Sense and re set up that device in FitBit app too....when phone rings once in awhile it rings in on my Sense but still can't get texts notified on my FB Sense. No other devices are paired (I've unpaired everything else but Fitbit) . Help! Thanks in advance!

Hi there, @BJ25. Thanks for stopping by in the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Sense before reaching out.

As a first approach, I'd suggest making sure that your Sense is no longer connected to your old mobile device as this might be preventing your Fitbit device to receive notifications from your new phone.

With that being said, please follow the steps below in the order listed:

  • Unpair your Sense from your old phone's Bluetooth and also from the new phone.
  • Unpair other Bluetooth devices that you may also have paired to your phone's Bluetooth settings.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app.
  • Turn off other Bluetooth connections when not in use. This can help to prevent connectivity issues or Bluetooth interference.
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes.
  • Turn on the Bluetooth on your new phone.
  • Plug it into the charging cable and open the Fitbit app.
  • Set up your Sense again.
  • Set up notifications on your Sense again.

With the steps above, what I want you to do is to pair your Sense first to your phone's Bluetooth settings before any other Bluetooth device is connected to your phone.
