Notifications not working

My notifications are not working. When I turn off and on my Bluetooth, it works for about 5 mins and stops. I've turned off battery saver and changed optimization settings on me phone. I have allowed notifications via fitbit app and phone. I have factory reset my fitbit with no success. Firmware is up to date and synced.  Please share tips, I really love this watch but no notifications is a deal breaker.

Hi @frostyhart - just to make sure go to Quick Settings [swipe the watch face to the right] and make sure that both Sleep and Do not disturb icons are disabled.

Seems like you have researched solutions already.

What’s unusual is it works for 5 minutes then stops.

Are there specific notifications that stop or all of them?
