On most nights, my fitbit sense will start recording sleep hours after I have gone to bed, or stop recording sleep hours before I get up and sync to the app. For example, Last night, I went to the bathroom at about 6 AM, then went back to bed. In the morning at 9:30 I woke up and synced to the app. It recorded my bedtime accurately at 1:24 AM but my Wake Up Time read 5:51 AM.
Can you help?

Hi, @rollerotr, welcome, you probably know you need to be sleeping for about an hour before your device recognises you are asleep. Restless sleepers sometimes have difficulties with interrupted sleep patterns. You may find this article How do I track my sleep with my Fitbit device? helpful. Please post here again if you are not able to make progress. I might also draw your attention to Sleep Well - Fitbit Community where there is much good advice and guidance on "Sleep".

Seems that the sync in the morning shows the correct wake up time, but the sense is still starting sleep 2-3 hours after I've gone to sleep. Example: I turn out the lights at 12:30 but when syncing in the morning the app shows 2-3 hours later. That is fairly typical. I don't have a problem falling asleep.

Hi, @rollerotr, thanks for getting back to us, can you post a screenshot of your sleep score like this one -
and confirm you are letting the app auto-recognize your sleep as described in my earlier post?
I find my sleep records are fairly accurate, you will see they reflect waking moments during the night and in my view a realistic overview of my nights sleep.
Cheers

Here is my screen shot showing the times asleep. As an afternote, on Sunday it didn't record anything...telling me to "wear my fitbit to bed"
