@robray Please open Settings app on your Sense and scroll down to Vibration & Audio, tap to open. Scroll down to Music Controls & On-wrist Calls. Make sure Sense Controls is enabled. Now go to the Bluetooth settings on your phone and pair with Sense Controls. Log out and back into Fitbit app to see if it works.

@robray Awesome! Ring ring. Btw, if you have Google Assistant app installed on your iPhone and you enable Google Assistant on Fitbit, you can ask GA on Fitbit to make a call for you. You won't be able to have a convo on Sense (with mic) but it will dial. Also, if you're in the US or your Google Assistant is set to US, you can ask it to send a text or whatsapp message. Just press the button and say text <name of the contact>. 😄 Just a tip.
