My on wrist calls function don't wor, it just keep on loading

yes, wrist call with the sense, it said cannot enable

@Balboaa Hmm not too sure what you can do about the recall page. I would try customer service again first thing in the morning during the weekday. I know it's supposed to be 24 hours but I'm sure they have less available during the weekend.
As for the Sense wrist call, you're not seeing this in the Fitbit app?
You went through the setup where it gets you connected to the other Bluetooth connection "Sense Controls"?

About your Sense, thanks for your efforts while working on this matter. Because your post didn't mention, make sure the Fitbit app is updated, as well as turn off other Bluetooth connections nearby to prevent any interference. Once that is done, please follow the instructions described in this help article to set up on on-wrist calls.
