This is the second cable I’ve purchased where I go to charge it and it won’t charge I look at it close and one of the 4 prongs is pushed it and my fitbits dead is there a way to make the prong come out and be able to charge my Fitbit again? I only bought the second charge maybe a month ago

Best bet is buy a few third-party chargers from Amazon; can get quickly and get several for price of one true Fitbit charger.
Pin problem is common and I haven't read of a fix.

This is a common problem with their charging cable (the end with the pins). A design one. Happened to mine too, had to get a new one. It's the voltage shocks causing that pin to break. It's always the same pin that eventually breaks, rendering the charging cable useless.
Try to always first connect the pins to the device, and only after that power plug it. When the charging is done, first power unplug it, and only after that disconnect the pins from the device.
Make that a habit, and it would definitely make your charging cable last much much longer.

I had fitbit replace mine for free. Now, this is the 2nd time I am looking to replace the charger. It would be nice if they would replace the fitbit with a redesign.

I’m on my 3rd charger in less than a year. This is a serious design flaw in what is otherwise an excellent product. Hopefully, they either find a fix, or redesign the charging situation before I need a new device.

Yeah...get a replacement charger for free if you can. There are 3rd party replacements on Amazon.
Also, pray that the face doesn't randomly fall off your sense like happened to myself and a lot of other people.
