Order still NOT SHIPPED!!

Hello there!

Since I didn't find any email address to Fitbit Support, I've decided to write it here. 

I have ordered 2 Sense Bands on 5th September. They are still not shipped!! I wanted to check the status of my order, but it says the page doesn't exist!! What's that?! I'm really pissed off right now!! I paid via PayPal and the bands were supposed to be shipped by 25 September!! We already have 7th October and I still didn't get anything!!

The order number is V5WHFBSKD.

Dear FITBIT SUPPORT!! I'M WAITING FOR FURTHER INFORMATION!!

Hi, @AnnaInGermany , Customer Support does not directly monitor these forums.  You will need to get in touch with them on Contact.fitbit.com 

Sense, Charge 5, Inspire 2; iOS and Android

Well, there is no email address or anything where I could contact them. I won't open twitter account just for this case... it's really disappointing that they don't have email customer service...

Hey, I ordered a band for my Versa 3, too and it should have been shipped by 25/9. It didn't happen so I contacted customer support and they told me it's on back order and will be shipped by the end of October. It looks like it's the case with every spare bands. Good news is they don't charge your bank account/PayPal up until the moment of shipping. Are you sure they charged you? 
Ps.: you can contact customer service via the chat application on the Fitbit website.

Hey, I don't see the chat option. Maybe it's not visible on the phone...

And no, they didn't charge the money yet.

I was worried, because when I click on the "Edit Order" link in my email it says the page doesn't exist. 

I contacted them via Instagram and they told me that my order is still in and it will be shipped by 30 October. We will see...

Hi @AnnaInGermany!  I ordered a band on the Fitbit website as well.  I placed my order on 9/21, but because the devices and accessories for the Sense didn't launch until 9/25, I wasn't expecting it to ship until then.  So, 9/25 came and went and I never got an update on shipping.  I waited over a week and finally I reached out to the FitbitSupport Twitter account.  They were able to help me and get my band shipped!  It is arriving today.

 

So I suggest you reach out to FitbitSupport on Twitter.  Give them your order number and email address you placed the order with.

Unfortunately I don't have twitter account and I don't want to have one. It's time-eater like Facebook and other social media I'm not using and don't wanna use... If my band won't come till 3-4 November, I'm just gonna cancel my order and look for the bands elsewhere...
