Others with replacement watch - Do you see "Activation date" in Settings?

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

In "Settings" -> "About Sense" -> "System Info" Activation date is blank on my unit. I have a theory it is because I have a replacement watch. Anyone else experiencing the same?

Even after a shutdown and restart?

With which firmware version?

Yepp,I shut down and restart a couple of times every week. It is probably not necessary, but would I let Windows run for weeks without a restart? Nope. I'm on the latest firmware 44.128.6.12

Interesting. Is this a bug in the latest firmware, presumably the activation date was there before?

@Guy_ I do not remember in which firmware version we got activation date in settings. I could not see activation in the previous version either. I have a theory; I do not have it because I got a replacement watch. I cannot see any obvious reason if that is the case, but the best I can come up with.

Hi @LokeAa - that theory most likely would explain it.

@Guy_ , maybe, but it is not very logical, my device is still activated at some point...It is not important at all. Just me being curious.,

@LokeAa  -. It might just be a bug, or the way the replacement was added to your account. (Eg replace existing watch or remove existing and add the replacement watch [like a new watch], perhaps there is a difference)

Even so it is interesting. May be change the title of this topic and see if any other people with replacement watches also have the same issue.
