Hello,
The Oxygen Saturation within Health Metric hasn't shown in app since the 16th of December. The metric shows correctly on my Sense watch.
Every other metric syncs fine including BR, HRV, Skin Temp, Resting HR.
I've restarted my sense watch by pressing the button for 10 secs and re-synced with app but that didn't work.

You will find this complaint repeated in many posts here. It also seems that sync is day behind for time zones like Japan, NZ, Australia. No interest from fitbit. I have two theories: 1/ the developers have left. Why work on this when switching to WearOS? Fitbit has your money. 2/ Sync code was written by summer intern who did it in such a bizarre way that no one can understand it, let alone fix it.

All the missing data is now appearing in the app (with the exception of a gap from 1 Jan - 4 Jan). The day after it stopped tracking I now show an anomalously low reading - the lowest I've seen since I started being able to track in August. Possibly related? Fitbit, any updates as to why I haven't had access to this data for a few weeks? What changed?

This is why I'm not certain I'll go with a FitBit product next time...which is coming up soon. I don't like their non-responsive nature to problems. It's a lot of money for us to spend - to not even get replies to concerns. Let alone actual help.
Just my thoughts.

I did two things (found on the web). 1) I started the fitbit today app on the watch. 2) I cleared the app cache on the phone. The past two days appeared under Health Metrics on the phone/app (which had been appearing on the watch).
