You need to download the Sp02 watch face to use the oxygen sensor.

The SpO2 measurements only take place at night when the SpO2 watch face has been selected. At this stage it not possible to see your current oxygen saturation level.

For more information on how to use the oxygen saturation sensor go to the Fitbit manuals page: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/manuals.htm

Scroll to the bottom of the page and there you will find the section 'Fitbit Blood Oxygen Saturation (SpO2)'which has the user guide and help in various languages.

Note there you will also find the manuals/help for the ECG app.

I've selected the SpO2 clock face, but the O2 level is blank. Will a future update allow O2 to be monitored 24/7?

@flroots  That would be the hope, but Fitbit isn't saying anything yet. Vote here (https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Feature-Suggestions/Check-my-Sp02-pulse-ox-at-anytime-on-supported-F...) for on demand O2. 24/7 might be another feature request that we need to add. I know Garmin allows it, although it apparently burns a lot of battery.
