I recently purchased the Fitbit sense and I'm enjoying it, especially the Google Assistant option which is mysteriously absent on its predecessor. However I have been having trouble installing the bitmoji watch face. I was shocked to see how many other users were having a similar situation. I checked all of my apps that would be involved and they are all up to date, as well as the Fitbit app itself and firmware.
I am able to connect fine, but it doesn't download any of the icons and says teleporting endlessly. This is frustrating because when you go to download watch faces there is a large banner advertising this watch face and it does not seem to function properly.
I contacted chat support and they told me to leave a comment and review.
I am using a Fitbit Sense, on a Nokia g fifty 5G, running Android 12. Looking in the app store I noticed that the app had not been updated since 2020 it seems, perhaps it is in need of a minor update itself?
I am reaching out to any member of Fitbit staff or senior member of the community for a solution to this problem.

I found by keeping the Fitbit app open and running the foreground, the watch face would load faster.

Hi,
I had the same problem, complained to fitbit customer services & higher, most werent interested, i chargedup my watch and phone, uninstalled snapchat, bitmoji, fitbit then reinstalled & connected everything if you make sure in the snapchat app you can go into bitmoji support i found it via the fitbit clock faces bitmoji watch face settings - go to connected apps click on set up bitmoji for fitbit scroll though, select install (then go down to the settiings in the same screen as the bitmoji app that you were in) select settings in the snapchat connection tap connect that should be it. Good luck.

This is so frustrating. It's the best clock face they have. It has been going on for months. I have chatted with them twice, month apart. Only to be told they are working on it. Yeah, but how hard? Shouldn't take months to fix a clock face.
