Pairing Sense with Samsung Android 10

samsung_SM-A105FN; is there anything known about pairing problems with this model. I have followed all the steps recommended. The Fitbit sense device is functional, because I checked later it pairs with other smartphones.

Hi @mszewczy if you are able to setup your tracker through any device, your tracker is setup.

Now on your desired phone, let's open the Fitbit app. The app should try and sync whatever tracker has been setup with your Fitbit account.

My confusion is that a user can not pair a tracker to the phone, they setup the tracker to their Fitbit account, this setup only needs to be done once, and when changing phones setup does not need to be done again.

Hello @mszewczy Welcome to the Community Forums! @Rich_Laue Your input is very appreciated!

@mszewczy I was reviewing the list of compatible devices and appears that your Samsung A10 is compatible. As @Rich_Laue if you setup your Fitbit device once, you don't need to repeat the process.

Nevertheless; if you unpaired it from your Fitbit account, I recommend checking this link: How do I set up my Fitbit device?

On a side note, we're experiencing a syncing inconvenience with Android users. But to confirm if you're part of this, please let me know if you receive any error message while trying to setup or sync your device.

I look forward to your response.

There was an issue with the Fitbit app, make sure you download the latest version 3.37.1 before trying anything given by other user here, if its not yet available try later.

If the problem persists once you have done that please post again.

@Guy_ thank you very much for your input!

Yes, the inconvenience preventing users to sync their Fitbit devices got resolved after releasing a new version of the Fitbit app. It should be available in the Google Play Store. To solve this syncing issue, update the Fitbit app

See you around!
