So I ordered a used fitbit sense from eBay.

It arrived, however it is requiring a password for me to access the device.

I do not have the password or account linked to the fitbit as both are held by the previous owner.

The seller has not responded to my messages.

Is there a way to factory reset the device? Or is there anything else I can do?

Hi @y1ifan  file a complaint with eBay and they should take care of this problem for you. I had an issue with a seller (not on a Fitbit) and the item was not as described. While the seller ignored me, eBay was able to get the issue resolved for me. This is one reason it's best not to purchase second hand devices. You never know if the item has been stolen or deactivated. With holiday sales, you might find a new device you can afford and avoid all the problems with a used one. Get with eBay and see what happens.

HI @y1ifan - you can do a factory reset, try chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & Support, Contact Customer Support, they can guide you through it using the button.
