Phone/app not able to find my Sense

I had no issues until sometime yesterday, and now my Fitbit is not synced and cannot be found.  Any suggestions?

I’ve had the same problem. It synced last night no problem. Then today it won’t sync.

Logout of the Fitbit App, restart both watch and phone then try Tips to pair Sense via Bluetooth

I did this a few times but it was a full 24 hours before my watch and phone were able to talk and sync again.  I’ve only had the watch for about four months.

Try the sync tips, if you need more help, please include phone model you are asking about.
