Phone icon not showing on display Fitbit sence

Phone icon not showing on display of Fitbit sence. But phone ringing sound is hearing clearly. Please advise.

Hi @balaa_1377  - have you made sure your watch on wrist calls is properly set up, if that is the issue?

The phone icon status indicator only shows when the watch is not connected.

Hi , my Fitbit sence is connected with my phone. Call wrist is connected
properly and phone call ring tone is coming to sence, but phone icon is not
showing in Fitbit sence. So I couldn't accept call from sence. Only I can
accept call from phone. But I can speak from sence after accepting call
from phone.

Yes I restarted Fitbit sence and phone also. But still I have same problem
