    There is a piece of my band that fell of and got stuck in the hub or whatever it is called and I can’t get it out does anyone else have the same problem and can someone help me.

It’s hard to see from the pics but I would suggest pushing on the clasp as if to release the band and then maybe using a needle to carefully pick the band out. Good Luck
