I couldn't see how to delete this so....never mind. I did finally get in touch with someone who said that it would be 9/25 despite what my order confirmation said. My fingers are crossed but this answers my question and hopefully might help someone else. No further assistance needed.
I am trying to figure out when my pre-order Sense will be shipped. I've been in the online chat queue for almost 5 hours. I've tried twice....I get to where I am #1 and then it just hangs for hours. I did the pre-order, the "get it before everyone else" pre-order, and my order confirmation shows it'll ship late October. Nowhere does it state that shipping might be delayed, only that it is early access which is taken to mean access before the release. I'd like someone official to chime in to let me know when it'll be shipped since apparently nobody wants to answer it via chat. Anyone?
In the Premium offer of "get it before everyone else*", the disclaimer only shows this:
"The early access offer to Fitbit Sense, Versa 3 and Inspire 2 is limited only to consumers who are members of Fitbit Premium as of the date they receive this email (“Premium Member”). Offer ends 09/15/2020 at 11:59PM PST and is limited to one order per Premium Member which may include up to ten (10) devices. Orders may be placed on Fitbit.com only. Cannot be combined with other discounts or applied after the order has been placed. Terms of offer are subject to change. Void where prohibited."
