Fitbit app for windows seems to connect to sense, but when I try to choose a wifi connection so that I can transfer music, it does not work. It used to work for versa 2, not sure where the problem is. The windows app also does not accurately synchronise. Any ideas? Thanks

Hello Rich,
My wifi is 5ghz. I open the app and click on the seminquaver (top right). That takes me to the music storage. I click on the music storage but I cannot drop or transfer mp3s there (I used to do that with my versa2 though). When I click on manage networks there to choose the wifi for sense 'a wifi network is required to transfer music to sense', it keeps looking for networks but finds nothing. Any ideas?
Many thanks!
Kelly

As per the manual, Your watch won't connect to 5GHz. Try connecting to your 2.5GHz wifi

So, the problem is not the wifi. I found out that sense and versa3 do not store mp3s as versa 2 used to do. I have to use the deezer app instead. Meh...
