Owned a Fitbit blaze for a couple yrs.  Replaced last year with a Fitbit sense.  Won’t charge.  $250 watch should last longer than 1 yr.

I had the same problem.  the face literally fell off of my watch while i was just sitting there.  I paid alot of money for this watch when it first got released.  14 months later it falls apart. (2 months after the warrantee).  dont waste your time trying to get someone to help you.  They stand behind their 1 year warrantee.  The only thing they did was apologize and send me a coupon code so that i can purchase a new one.  I applied the code and it saved me $5.00.  No, that was not a typo..... $5.00 was it.... i will be researching other watches.  When  you pay that much money, you definately expect it to last longer.
