My fitbit account (web browser) won't let me change the profile photo or the cover image. I have tried multiple photos and I'll adjust the thumbnail, click upload and it takes me back saying it was updated but it hasn't changed. Not sure why this is happening again.

Hello @SailingJupiter and welcome to the Community. This is a known issue. Fitbit is aware. There is no time for a fix. I haven't tried, but have you tried changing it in your mobile app?
This won't help if your photo choice is only on your computer and not on your phone.
